Spanda ("Spanda", "we", "us") is a menstrual cycle tracking application for iOS and Android, developed by Elizaveta Kovalenko. These Terms apply to your use of the app and any subscription purchased through our website or an app store.
Spanda helps you track your periods, see cycle predictions, and receive daily lifestyle tips based on your current cycle phase. A free version is available. Spanda Premium unlocks additional features: a personal journal, cycle statistics and charts, and tips to share with a partner.
Spanda Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time.
Payments made through our website are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment data; we do not receive or store your payment details.
Subscriptions purchased inside the app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are governed by their terms.
Your personal cycle data is stored locally on your device and is not collected or stored on our servers. If you create an account to manage a web subscription, we store only your sign-in identifier and subscription status — never your cycle data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree to use Spanda for personal, lawful purposes only, and not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or its content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Spanda after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
